DraftKings Pivot Plays for The Travelers Championship 2021

We've scoured the DraftKings GPP ownership projections looking for the names that are setting up to be extremely popular in GPP tournaments. More importantly, I'm going to tell you about 2 other players with as much upside at significantly less projected ownership. Ownership leverage and equal or greater upside from the players we're pivoting away from is the name of the game every week for the Pivot Point article.

Popular DraftKings GPP Plays & Pivots

Kevin Streelman $9,400 - 12.5% projected

Kevin Streelman is just going to have to burn me before I hop off. I will admit I think his price is outrageous, but it's also the reason his ownership is going to remain low. Streelman makes the perfect pivot this week with his current form and course history. In the last 24 rounds, Streelman ranks 9th in ball striking and 3rd in opportunities gained.

He's 10 of 13 at TPC River Highlands with five top 10’s and one win, and he sits at #2 all time in career earnings at this event. There's always a concern with Streelman’s putter but for his career, he’s averaging .5 strokes gained per round on the greens at TPC River Highlands (9th in the field).

Stewart Cink $7,300 - 7.5% projected

This is one where I’ll have to keep an eye on the ownership but as it stands right now, I see Cink in the 6.5% to 8.5% range. What a year it's been for the now 48 year old PGA Tour veteran. Cink has two wins and five other top 25’s since the start of the PGA Tour season. Stewie will look to keep this resurgence going this week at TPC River Highlands where he sits at #3 overall in total career earnings for the event. Cink boasts a 13/17 record here with six top 10’s, nine top 25’s and two wins in 97’and 08’. While those wins seem like a distant memory, he did finish T2 in 2018 which proves he is still a true horse for the course.
