Kia Classic 2021 Betting Picks

Well, The ladies this week are heading to my neck of the woods with the next few events being played in Southern California. Starting off at Aviara Golf Club in Carlsbad. An Arnold Palmer design. The Par 72 has a bit of danger with a good amount of water on the course and is situated right next to the Batiquitos Lagoon (just really wanted to type lagoon because well… how often do you get to?). There is a slight chance of rain on thursday but other than that the weekend looks clear. Now let's get to some picks.

25/1 & lower

Lydia Ko - 12/1 (DK Sportsbook & PointsBet)

I am going to continue to write up Ko every week at any price until this victory she has coming hits. Ko now has six top 10s in her last seven events, finished in a tie for 13th the last time this event was held.

Danielle Kang - 18/1 (DK Sportsbook)

The 2019 runner up has two top 10s in her last three starts, 2nd on tour in scoring average and 4th in putting to start the year. Kang has a knack for stringing together high finishes the last few years highlighted by back to back wins last year.

25/1-75/1

In Gee Chun - 40/1 (DK Sportsbook)

Chun is another player I'm going to continue to be bullish on until she wins . The 50th ranked player has gone 4th-8th-4th since the start of the new year. Has a prior top 10 here.

Long Shots

Gaby Lopez - 90/1 (DK Sportsbook)

Looking around at Gaby’s prices, I noticed that there was a twenty point difference between DK and the 70/1 on PointsBet which is interesting. She has two top 15s in her last three starts. Has made two of four cuts here in her career with 2 MCs, a 20th and a 7th.

Perrine Delacour - 150/1 (PointsBet)

If I'm going to point out the twenty point difference on Gaby’s prices. I would be crazy not to take a look at the FIFTY point difference between PointsBet and the 100/1 on DK. Delacour comes into this event with an eight straight made cut streak. She’s also another player that has two top 15s in her last three starts.

Marcus’ Unadvisable Doubles

Ko x Hoffman 246/1

Chun x Hoffman 778/1
